Devising the form of an upaya / Mr. Yograj Prabhakar

Dear Prabhakar ji,

 

Mercury in the 10th house is said to be of rasi phal and still it is

said that shanishchar ka upaya madadgar hoga.

Therefore sir, if mercury itself is of rasiphal and remediable then

why an upaya of mercury can not be done? Where is the necessity to

do the upaya of shanishchar?

And what will be the upaya of shanishchar in this case?

Whether Rahu is really capable of creating such condition? Because

Rahu wiil be considered as ZERO  in power if Mars is posited in 1st

or 12th house at the same time. I may be wrong but I dont think that

a powerless/weak planet can be a deciding factor. so in my humble

opinion Shani will remain the key factor.
