Guest guest
Respected members, It is an important question which is faced by every Lalkitabist when prescribing a Lal Kitab upaya namely the duration of upaya. Some upaya have been advised in the book to be done for 43 days or even 43 weeks regularly. In very few cases the book mentions the duration of the upaya. Invariably it would just say e.g. chandra ka upaya madadgar hoga and so on. Under these circumstances it is the Lalkitabist himself who has to use his common sense and prescribe the duration of the upaya. The duration becomes crucial in the following cases: If a karak vastu of a planet is to be immersed in flowing water. If a karak vastu of a planet is to be offered in a temple. If a karak vastu of a planet is to be buried. If a karak vastu is to be established in a different house. Our view is : When a karak object is to be distanced by throwing it in flowing water, or is to be offered at a temple to get its nature changed, or is to be buried to destroy the effect of the planet for that year, then the house the planet is placed in is taken into account. For example if the effects of a planet placed in the 8th house are to be distanced then the karak object of that planet will have to be immersed in flowing water for 8 days regularly, the upaya will have to be done for the same duration if the planet is to be sent to a temple to get its nature changed; the karak object will have to be buried for 8 days if the effects are to be destroyed for that year. The general convention adopted by most Lalkitabists is that instead of carrying the upaya for 8 days regularly they suggest 8 pieces of that karak item to be immersed, or offered at the temple, or buried in one day itself. This could be because of the paucity of time and convenience. But for establishing a planet in a particular house the procedure is different. The duration of the upaya will depend on the steps it will take to reach that house. The steps are counted in zodiac terms. If a Jupiter placed in the 8th house is to be moved to the 4th house then a haldi ganth will have to be placed in the North East corner each day for 9 days regularly [ or placing 9 haldi ganth in one single day ] This is our perception of this concept. Varun ji is me kya logic hai plz btayen ki aapne Jupiter 8th ke upay ko 9 dyas karne ko kha instead of 8days kyuki apne he kha ki (then the house the planet is placed in is taken into account).
