Respected Johar ji,

 

Had this restriction of ' drishti path' or line of aspect not been

there, then every planet could have been moved to the best house and

there would have been no misery or pain in the world.Every body would

end up having the best placement of planets in his kundali year after

year.

 

A planet can not move unless there is a path already laid out for it.

This is simple logic.
