Respected Iqbal ji,

 

Briefly summarizing what Pt. Umesh ji has said :

 

See page 1130 of the 1952 urdu edition.

 

According to the janma Kundali those planets which are posited in

the houses 1 to 9 will demonstrate their effect on the right side as

one enters the house, and those posited from 12 to 10 will

demonstrate it on the left side.
