Respected Kalsi ji,

Lal Kitab has not talked about the geographical directions. Pandit

has talked about the directions but his reference point is always

the 'makan'. The directions allotted to various houses are the same

as laid down for the interior of the 'makan'.

Even otherwise he did not have to mention the geographical

directions because it is already assumed that even a beginner in

astrology would know about them.

As for reading the book, my reading is no better than most of the

people in this group. But we as a group in Aligarh question every

statement made by Pandit ji and try to find a logic behind it. If we

feel that the statement does not stand upto the logic we do not

accept it. We are a very open minded group studying the Lal Kitab

with a very critical and minute examination

Regards,

Varun Trivedi
