Aap ne bahut achay tareekay se is upaye (rahu/shukar 12) ka matlib bata diya. Practical tor par maine ye bhi dekha hai ke agar wife se haath ye upaye kiya jata hai aur 12 neelay fulh isthamal kiye jayee tho full benefits milte hain.
