Dear Kulbir bhai,

Do you mean that which planet/s get involved in inheritance? The

ancestral property belonging to the 9th house falls under the

karakatwa of Jupiter. Inheritance is a subject studied through the

10th house and therefore it is the Saturn which should control the

inheritance. But you will get it only if the 10th house is awake, by

either a benefic planet in the 4th house or the 10th house has been

awakened otherwise. Therefore it is the 9th,10th and the 4th houses

which get involved in inheritance.

Therefore one should also have a conducive Dasha-Antardasha of the

9th, 10th and the 4th lords.

Regards,

Varun

Varun ji,

i can think only in lalkitab context; Actually i was thinking as to how does the ancestral property belonging to the 9th house falling under the karakatwa of Jupiter gets activated or comes under control/malkiyat of native only when the living entity of jupiter (father/grandfather) expires. does non living shay of jupiter acts as a substitute or compensation for the loss. or does saturn gets activated by jupiter's loss. yeh vidambhana kya hai ki baap daa ke jaane ke baad hi aulad zameen, zayedad, sona etc ki malkiyat pati hai. to say Raja ke marne ke baad Yuvraj ka brahspat smapt hota hai ya shuru hota hai.

Dear Kulbir bhai,

It is a metaphysical question. For a layman like me it is some thing

like 'the king is dead long live the king'.

Old giveth way to the new. It is a cycle. The Jupiter is dead,a new

jupiter takes over. When the old head of the family dies, a new head

of the family is appointed at the time of rasm pagari. One who was a

ketu till recently, takes over as a jupiter. What astrological

changes take place at such a time, I wouldn't know.

May be some other experts could explain it better.

Varun.
