i am confused about the following;

 

 

1. when father/grandfather dies brahspat is said to ended its effect.

2. when father/grandfather dies the heir becomes the owner of the

property.

3. when the King dies the heir apparent (yuvraj) becomes the king and

gets all the controls.

 

in punjab in the landlord class it is usual or say predominant that

till father or grandfather is alive; they donot give any control to

their sons but only after their death the sons get absolute control.

what does exactly happen? which planets become nil or malefic and

which planets get benefic or exalted.

 

 

kindly throw some light on this issue.
