Guest guest
Respected Sanya ji, If the Mars placed in the 9th is under the aspect of Mercury than only it will be malefic that too if it doesn't get any aspect from Sun, Moon and Jupiter. In case a Mars placed in the 9th gets the aspect from any of its friends the malefic influence of mercury would get nullified. Mars in the 9th can get an aspect of the mercury only if the mercury is either in the 3rd or the 5th house. Another situation of Mars being under the influence of mercury could be if the Mars is placed in the 9th and the mercury is placed either in Aries or in Scorpio. In that case it will be one of the conditions of Pitri Rin, not a pitri rin unless two other conditions are also fulfilled. About the other planet moving to the next house or the one previous to it can happen only if a Bhav-spashta is done. In that case the effect of the planet will be felt in the house it has moved to.
