Dear Kulbir Bhai,

It is not jupiter and Saturn conjoined, it is said for Saturn aspecting

jupiter from 'pahale ghar' with 100% drishti.

Another thing, the 1942 book says 'pita samapt' where as the 1952 book

says ' 9,18,36 mein pita, dada, guru par manda asar'. I believe that

the 'manda asar' can be more likely than the death of the father.

Here the context in which the word lock has been used is of 'bund para

hua makan jis par tala laga ho'. To my mind the explanation is that the

saturn would indicate its turning malefic through the house being

unoccupied and consequently locked. Therefore the entire statement

should be taken to mean :

If some one has jupiter placed in the later half of the horoscope such

that the Saturn, from the pahle ke ghar, has 100% aspect on it and if

for some reason the circumstances shape such that the house has to be

abondoned and locked in the years 9,18,36, this would indicate a

malefic Saturn which could adversely effect the father, the grandfather

or the Guru.

The above situation can arise only if the Saturn is in the 1st house

and the Jupiter in the 7th , or the Saturn is in the 4th and the

jupiter in the 10th house.

With regards,

Varun Trivedi
