Guest guest
Respected Kalsi ji, We a small group at Aligarh with Pt. Bhooshan Priya ji as our leader had always maintained that a Sarini should be used for births in the region for which the Sarini has been calculated. Any way, with the most sophisticated softwares available Sarinis are fast becoming a thing of the past. In the villages and the towns the local pundits still use the Sarinis given in the Panchang. But then most of the Panchangs or Jantris carry Sarinis suited to their areas. Therefore the views of Pt. Bhooshan Priya ji, Chandra Prakash, and mine are : This Sarini should neither be used for Indian births nor for foreign births.
