sanya ji,

mars in 9 th is at its auspicious most. its presence here makes all

the planets behave in a benfic manner (with exception of budh.

shani in 9th is also strongest but again afraid of budh.

mangal+shani conjunction in 9th house again the threat is from

sambandh of budh.

i personally feel that for this conjunction neelam is the best. for

moonga i think lalkitabee will give an exact answer as he has done a

considerable research on this subject.

as far as keeping a red rumal is o.k. but wearing clothes it must be

kept into mind as to which house the body part that is covered

represents. e.g the part from neck to naval represents house no .4
