In the 1952 book it says: Saath magar jab shatru saya; mangal, chandra, ketu manda ho Considering both together; If the owner [ sat]of the house Venus is posited in is turned malefic through our own activities [ extra marital liaisons ] , it would depress the Venus. If the Venus is with an enemy like rahu or gets an aspect [ saya ] of an enemy it would be depressed. Who will this effect? It will effect Ketu [ sat + venus ]. It will affect Moon because Venus will pass on its problems to its bali ka bakara. It will affect Mars because moon will pass on a part of its problems to her bali ka bakara.
