I have also heard that rahu in 7th person shud not pet dogs. what does lal kitab says about this.how does its aspect on other houses effects the life. Sir please clarify the detailed analysis. As for the moon in the 8th message you have referred about, it was to explain an important concept of aspect. AS for rahu in 7th i have heard lal kitab says " daulat aur luxmi ka dhua nikal dene wala chandal " Sir i think rahu in 7th house in also an important concept as it is considered bad for married life. why rahu is so much bad for married life.how to escape from its bad effects.whether it indicates divorce.Sir pls clarify. Venus is the karak of both, the luxmi meaning ghar ki luxmi and also wealth. Since the 7th house is associated with Venus as being its house, a Rahu posited there would harm venus and what venus stands for. Rahu and venus are enemies. Therefore it is understandable that Rahu placed here would effect marriage. It could delay marriage, could cause marital discord but I do not think it can lead to a divorce. For Rahu in the 7th the upaya of choice is to keep at home a little ganga jal / rain water in a tin container with a square piece of silver dipped in it. You are right that people with Rahu in the 7th are advised not to have a dog as a pet. What seems to be prohibited is working in an electricity department, or working as an electricity / electronics mechanic. Apart from electricity, jail and police as already said, the other professions associated with Rahu could be : dealing in wood charcoal, barley, mustard seeds,lead, aluminium,ivory, elephants. With rahu in the 7th one should not do any business in partnership of sasural people.
