Respected Bhpinder ji,

[ a ] For the houses at the end of an alley the best upaya would be

to bury a flat strip [ not a round wire ] of silver under the main

gate from one end to the other. If possible silver nails should also

be struck at four corners of the house.

[ b ] For the houses built such that the wind passes right through

the house, the only upaya could be to build some obstruction in the

path of the wind so that the wind doesn't pass through unhindered.

With regards,

Chandra Prakash

Respected Chandra Parkash ji, Thanks for explanation.cptyagi2007 <cptyagi2007 wrote: Respected Dawar ji,Yes, the Lal Kitab on page 1142 is talking about houses placed in two different locations:[ a ] Houses at the end of an alley. These can be three houses, two on the street on either side and the one whose front opens to the alley. All these three houses will be disadvantageous for any family to live in. Only people identified as karaks of rahu would be living

in such houses, so says the book.[ b ] the other category of houses are those which might be situated any where [ not necessarily on an alley ] but are constructed such that the wind goes through right in across the house. Such houses would be a play ground of Rahu and Ketu creating mischief and would be an abode of evil spirits. With regards,Chandra Prakash , "Dawar" <milestone_3 wrote:>> > Dear Learned members,> > In 1952 Edditon page no. 1142 Pandit ji has Said that band galli ka> aakhri makaan aur aisa makaan jis main bahar kay raastay say seedhi> hawa andar aati ho that house will be harmful for childrens , women as> well as men.> > What does mean by last house of galli, becasue every and each
