Dear Varun Bhai,I appreciate your concern and pain regarding unnecessary myths about Lal Kitab and Pt. Roop Chand Joshi ji. These myths and misconceptions has really harmed the cause of Lal Kitab astrology very badly. And we should work honestly so that this sacred scripture does not become a laughing stock.But with all due respect and apology, I beg to differ with your notion of Myth (in response to Dr. Kiranjit Jis mail). Rest assured, the concept of Charity it is not at all a myth, rather a 100% truth. The only thing Dr. Kiranjit ji is not aware of is the usage of that charity money. A largest part of this money was donated to a Pingalwada in Jalandhar, people from the Pingalwada used to come on a fixed date to collect their share. Some part of this charity money was given for the marriages of underprivileged girls. Many of the benefited families of Doaba region of Punjab can still verify what Pundit Ji has done for them in the need of

hour. Kindly note that these are not any hearsay rather these are the words of Pundit Somdutt ji and Shri Ravinder Joshi ji (Pundit jis grandson – Dohtaa, who lives in Phagwara and is working in the administration section of the Punjab Police). This fact can be verified from the Veteran Lal Kitab Maharishi Shri Sumat Prasad ji if anybody has any doubt. Moreover, for me it is hard to digest that a true devotee of the revered Lal Kitab like Dr. Kiranjit ji will ever thought of creating any myth, or spreading any misinformation.You have mentioned that Pt. Ji was a simple saintly man (yes he really was), but how come you know that? Is there any indication in any of the book regarding his personality, or is it your personal opinion from his writings only? Varun Bhai, we have seen Pt. Jis photograph as a simple village folk, but do you know that Pundit ji also use to wear attractive three-piece suit and sport a colorful Necktie? And that he also use to speak

chaste and fluent English? Perhaps not many people are not aware that Pt. ji was also called Baba ji, Pt. Roop Lal, Lamba Pundat and Pharwale wala Pundat by nears and dears? He was a siddh purush not because he had some ghosts or spirits at his command, but because he was a well meaning person who wanted the well being of every one without asking any thing for him

in return. He was a simple saintly man. I would, therefore, request members to be careful about what they say because these things have a far reaching impact and make LK a laughing stock amongst the astrology community.
