Guest guest Posted June 20, 2007 Report Share Posted June 20, 2007 Dear Kulbir Bhai, Pandit ji has recommended that Hindi months be used for evaluating the effect of the planets in the Varsh Phal kundali. He has recommended method for both : when in the Janma Kundali the houses are occupied and when they are not occupied But for the Kundali of the month Pandit ji has advised to calculate with the English dates. For the example kundali given on Page 221 of 1952 urdu ed of dated 11/5/1941 he says that the 5th month will start on 11/9/1941. Therefore it proves that Pandit ji recommends the English dates for the Kundali of the month. The month kundalis will be drawn according to the English dates. That being so, the concept of Adhik Maas is no longer applicable to the Month Kundali. Yes the concept of Adhik Maas will be very much relevant while studying the Varsh Phal kundali.
