Guest guest
Respected Kiranjit Kumar ji, Pandit ji has described Budh as: “ gol dayara har lamha tabiyat ki golai par ghoomane wala†page 288 { 1939 urdu ed} “ aur har taraf golai pakar jata hai†page 292 { 1939 urdu ed } He goes to explain this ‘golai ’ with the help of a diagram of an unbroken circle ‘ O’ at various place in the 1939 urdu ed. Just to give a few examples : [ 1 ] page 124 > O dayara [ 2 ] page 137 > budh ka dayara O ho [ 3 ] page 140 > jar mein O dayara ho [ 4 ] page 163 > Budh O wahi asar [ 5 ] page 172 > ab budh ke sahare gol { budh ka nishan O } The book also defines other shapes like a square for Mangal Nek and a triangle for Mangal Bud Therefore any karak object which is in the shape of an unbroken circle ‘O’ will be assumed to be that of Budh unless of course some one comes up with a few exceptions. With regards, Chandra Prakash , kiranjit kumar <kapatjal wrote: > > dear Friends, > There is no doubt that " bejod' stands for without a joint or 'tanka'(goldsmith's language) i.e. the silver bangle has to be made by a workman who makes it by DHALAI. These workmen r now difficult to find with the result that the practiotioners of lk started talking of pipes etc. > the same is for steel ring for budh 12. where ever the word is " bejod " it is dhalai wala i.e. pouring the molten metal into a sancha. As mentioned earlier also, every round thing is not necessarily a representative of budh. > wih best wishes; > sincerely, > kiranjeet > > > > 8:00? 8:25? 8:40?
