Respected Sirs,

The upaya suggested for the Sun in the 10th house and the Jupiter in

the 10th house is the same, of throwing a copper coin in a river for

43 days. How come the same upaya for two different planets ?

Respectfully,

Dear Singh Saheb,

Yes you are right it is one and the same upaya suggested for both the

planets. But the reasons to suggest the upaya are different.

Sun in the 10th house being in the house of Saturn { cardinal Kundali}

will be under duress therefore it has to be moved and handed over to

the mother Moon. Therefore the upaya of dropping a copper coin into

flowing water each day for 43 days regularly.

Jupiter in the 10th house is considered as neech { debilitated } and

hence not desirable. Once again the upaya has to be done. The simple

and ordinary upaya could have been to drop the karak object of Jupiter

into flowing water. This way we would have transported the entire

jupiter to the lap of mother Moon. But Pandit ji devised a better

upaya based on the principle of masnuyee constituents.

Sun + venus form a jupiter. In the 10th house it is the Sun part of

the jupiter which is harrassed and not the Venus part. Venus is

comfortable in the house of its beloved Saturn. Therefore moving the

entire jupiter is neither necessary nor advisable. Therefore it is

only the Sun part of jupiter which is moved away from the 10th house

by the same upaya suggested for the Sun in the 10th house.

Therefore the upaya is the same but serving two different purposes.

Sir,

You have been kind enough to explain the logic behind the same upaya
