Guest guest
Dear members, Shri C M Bhalla recently read in shani ketu chapter there is a mention of BARRI an animal that scares the elephant. we were on logger heads as to what type of this animal could be. ultimately i prodded Prabhakerji to explain. i was shocked to know that he knew about this 10 years ago and even had its's picture. it's a member of rat family and lk says peshab ki dhar se aag lagae de and elephants are afraid of it. when i asked prabhakarji why didn't he disclosed it earliear. the answer was simple. when you reach recent level only then intricate things be told/taught. amazing are the ways of gurs. but the question is how does in reflect in upayas and what is the significance of shani kstu on rahu. kulbir bains
Guest guest
Dear Kulbir ji, The reference to barri { or birri }is in the mercury + ketu context and not in the context of Saturn + ketu. Now why should Rahu { elephant} be scared of mercury + ketu { barri}? mercury + Ketu = {Jupiter + rahu} + ketu Imagine Rahu pitted against this combination,Rahu has but to be scared of. In the equation Rahu gets to lose. Guest guest
Dear Chandra Prakash Ji,Very impressive explanation indeed. You are right it is Birri (Bireeh in Punjabi) not Barri. In Punjabi folklore, it is said that this mysterious rodent is capable of urinating fire. Guest guest
Sir Tyagi ji, I could not understand how could jupiter+ rahu + ketu combination defeat Rahu if confronted. Could you please elaborate it further.
