Guest guest
respected gurujis. i wish to get a doubt cleared regarding shani 5. is it advisable for the native to build his own house before the stipulated period by taking loan for it and pay the installments till that period is over. on the face of it it looks appropriate because he will be the malik only when he pays the final instalment. but being a delicate upaya i wish if u could give ur reasoned opinion regarding this point. and varun bhai i would appreciate if could throw some light on this from the vedic astrology view point too. thanx. kulbir bains
Guest guest
Dear Kulbir bhai, The Lal Kitab prohibits to get a house built before the age of 48 if some one has Saturn in the 5th house. The consequences would be loss of 'santaan'. But if the house is built by the son ' santaan' through his own money it will be beneficial for the father. The age is fixed at 48 years, the age of the papi planets. By getting a house constructed, the native will awaken the saturn placed in the 5th. The awakened serpent in the 5th will attack the santaan. The upaya suggested is to release into the wild a male stud buffalo. I do not think that if the last instalment is paid after he crosses his 48th year could be a way out of this prohibition. The day a native occupies and starts enjoying the comforts of the house, built by his money, the saturn gets awakened. Therefore whether the last payment is done after the 48th year or not, it is the occupation of the house which signals the awakening of saturn. Therefore I think that the upaya is necessary if the house is to be built before the age of 48 years. In the Vedic astrology there is no such prohibition. May be it is in the vaastu shastra. But I am no expert on Vaastu.
