For analysis and exchange of views, KP charts of

President George Bush and Senator John Kerry are

posted with time-lines, supporting data and some

remarks.

Needless to say both charts have a strong prarabdha

(potential) to become the president of USA and only

timing may decide the outcome. As per KP, without

mentioning details, the timing of three level dasa

period and transits on November 2, 2004 election day

may be in favor of President Bush, since Rahu antara

Dasa is not beneficial for Senator Kerry. However, on

the basis of Ascendant Nakshatra, Senator Kerry is in

better position; the Moon Nakshtra more or less the

same for both of them. Position of Muntha in annual

charts are not good for both of them, for spouse’s

health in the case of Senator Kerry as it is in his

7H. In Ashtavarga President Bush has more SAV benefic

points. Other two problems turning over in my head

are what will be the influence of the transiting

Saturn and the combined transit impacts of all papa

planets on Aries on the election day.

 

The second Saturn return to Senator’s Kerry 8H and the

second circle of Sade Sati to his natal Moon has

just ended on September 6, 2004, and at the same time

the second Saturn return has started for President

Bush to his 1H and for the 21d:26m Aries rising First

Lady Laura Bush to her 4H. The second Saturn return

date for Senator Kerry is August 3, 2004, for

President Bush Nov 3 & 13 of 2004, June 25, 2005, and

for the First Lady on October 8, 2005.

 

Regarding the past experience of the second Saturn

return, Senator Kerry had a prostate cancer surgery on

February 12, 2003; the 27:28 Cancer rising Indira

Gandhi (Saturn return to her 1H & Sa/Ke dasa), and the

3:43 Cancer arising V. P. Singh (Saturn return to his

6H & Mer/Sun dasa) lost the Indian PM’s post on March

22, 1977 and on November 10, 1990 respectively; the

28:24 Libra rising Benito Mussoli (Saturn Return to

8H) was deposed on July 25, 1943; the 22:24 Virgo

rising former President Andrew Johnson (Saturn return

to 3H) was impeached on March 23, 1868, but acquitted

by one vote of margin; the 24:52 Leo rising former

President Nixon (Saturn return to 10H) had the

Watergate scandal, which subsequently led to his

downfall; the 1:9 Virgo rising former President

Franklin Roosevelt (Saturn & Jupiter return to 8H and

strong Ke/Ke dasa) was reelected for an unprecedented

third term in the year of the simultaneous second

Saturn return and fifth Jupiter return; in the similar

symbolic ‘Golden’ year of 1990 the 9:7 Gemini rising

Mikhail Gorbachev (Saturn return to 7H & Jupiter

return to 1H and favorable dasa period) was elected as

Soviet President on March 14 and won the Nobel Peace

Prize on December 10 before his downfall in 1991; the

22:33 Libra rising Margaret Thatcher (Saturn return to

1H) was reelected on June 9, 1983 in beneficial Ra/Ke

dasa while transit Jupiter aspecting 10H; for the

24:27 Cancer rising Jawaharlal Nehru (Saturn return in

2H) it was the end of the 1947-49 Kashmir War with the

ceasefire line demarcated in July 1949. (He became

first PM of independent India on August 15, 1947 while

undergoing the second cycle of Sade Sati with tr

In the transit on election day, November 2, 2004,

Aries is affected by all papa Sun, Mars, Saturn and

Rahu. For President Bush it is 10H where Rahu is

passing, aspect ed by 7 & 8L Saturn from 1H, the

debilitated Sun, karaka for political career and 10H

lord Mars from 4H. This Aries is 1H for the First Lady

Laura Bush, 6H for Senator Kerry, 2H for the 25;57

Pisces rising Mrs. Teresa Heinz-Kerry (based on the

unconfirmed bith information); 9H for the 9:59 Leo

rising Vice-President Dick Cheney where he has natal
