Guruji,

 

I think i have a very peculiar problem when compared to others. I'm

currently working as a software engineer in US and getting sufficient

salary/social respect etc etc

 

My problem is, for the past 5 years in my career life i didn't do any

work(i know you can't believe. But that is true). Throughout my career

life my bosses(in all the companies where i worked) just kept me idle

and they have just asked me to study something rather than doing any

work. They have not given not even a single work to me. I had changed

jobs also(shifted to 3 different companies in my 6 years of career

life) just because of this problem hoping that atleast i will get some

work in the new company. But wherever i go, im not getting any work. I

have been just sitting idle for the whole day and paid very well for

that. This is really hurting me a long. I'm trying to switch to a

different field. But i dont know about any other field. Even in this

field, as i was idle for 5.5 years i cant do anything now. I really

lost my confidence now. Now the problem is, even if i get any work i

dont have confidence that i can do it as i was idle for long time. How

long will this continue? Will i get a chance to move to a new field?

Will i atlast get some work for the salary which im getting? Why i'm

paid very well for just sitting idle(that too for the 5.5 years),while

most of the folks are really doing hard work and getting very less

salary. Why this peculiar problem for me? Can i take this as +ve or -ve

aspect?
