job in international organisation

sir, for the long, I am waiting for a call for appearing in the

interview for a job for which I had applied in an international

organisation. someone told me that due to the mercury, I am not

getting the career change benefit. Please tell me is there any chances

to get that job. How can I appease mercury. My date of birth is 5th

january, 1974 and time of birth is 15:20 Hrs and place of birth is new

delhi. Is there any possibility of change in career in 2008.
