Guest guest Posted November 17, 2007 Report Share Posted November 17, 2007 ll HARE RAM ll My dear friends, Shri Shaligram ji is visible (SAAKSHAAT) Lord Vishnu or Satya Narayana in Kali-Kaal and there is no need of any PRAAN-PRATHISTA or doing other rituals to place him in the home & there is no need of any AAWAAHAN or VISARJAN too in his Pooja / Worship.To offer Tulsi leaf to him is must in his worship but said Tulsi leaf should put aside in the night. It is said that all the Tirthas are placed there,where Shaligram ji is existed.The water (JAL) of Shaligram is treated utmost pious among the holy water of other Tirthas.To keep 12 Shaligram in home are called the most auspicious or should keep in even counting as 10,8,6 or 4 but not 2 at all,in such condition one is quite enough.To keep Gomti-Chakra along with Shaligram is more auspicious. To do any Vrata (fast),Satyanarayan Katha,Charity (Daan) or Shraadh near the Shaligram become more useful. To place Shaligram ji in present Kartik month in home is more beneficial.More over on EKAADASI day (Devothaan Ekaadasi) on 21st of Nov 2007 is utmost useful.
