SIMPLE SPIRITUALITY for a busy person.

Simply say " Om God's Name Namasthe "

No rituals ; no language ; only thought process.

1.As you are getting up from bed in the morning

look at your palms from

tips of fingers -Lakshmi,

hollow of palm - Saraswathi

wrist - Gauri.

Touch your face with open palms -

Three Mothers Bless You.

2. As you are getting out of bed think of

Mother Earth = Prutthvi ;

Holy Family = Shiv, Paarvathi, Veerabhadra ,

Ganesh , SubrahmNya

Your Parents.

3. As you are havinga bath recite the names of Holy

Rivers and Mountains of India ; Nine Planets.

4. As you are getting dressed remember to say

Gaayathri , Saraswathi and Saavithri.

5a. Before you start break fast , brunch , lunch ,

high tea , supper/dinner think of

AnnapoorNa and Ganga.

b. After above think of Agasthya and Agni for

digestion/assimilation of food

6. As you are stepping out of house think of

Vishnu , Vaasudeva , NaaraayaNa , Raama

and Krishna.

7. While to and from whatever you do think of

your family Diety = Ishtta Daivam.

8. Whatever you do focus and do with all sincerety

and devotion -

Work is Worship ;

Study is Sacred ;

Maanava Seva = Maadhava Seva.

9. While going to bed think of Hanuma , Rudra , Narasimha ,

SubrahmaNya , Yamadharma Raaj and your Ancestors

10, Visit a temple at least once a week .
