AATHREYA - DADHEECHI MAHARSHI

DADHEECHI is a Bhaargav , son of Chyavana and Sukanya.

DADHEECHI is a great SHIVA BHAKTHA .

At the behest of Vishnu , Indra and other Celestials DADHEECHI

sacrificed His Life to enable Indra et al to make use of His Bones

as Weapons in their war against Daithyas and Daanavas.

DADHEECHI's Vertebral Column ( Spine ) became Indra's

Vajraayudham , which Indra has effectively used against his foes.

DADHEECHI's wife Suvarcha gave birth to a Son under a Peepal

Tree and hence named PIPPALAADA who himself is a Great

Vedic Rushi ; His wife's name is Padma .

I bow my head before DADHEECHI and PIPPALAADA and can

only feel extremely sad even to think about the SUPREME

SACRIFICE of DADHEECHI to help out Indra etc.

Dear Dr Bala Krishna Murthy Ramaraju,

I am reading some of the postings with interest.Your writings are

mostly about Rsi of yore,highly informative and educative.

Certain things I am curious about?

1 . Why you are writing AATHREYA in beginning.In end what is meaning

of Garth Puri before your Ecucational degrees.

2. Why your mail carries your name and degrees in start,when the

fact is you have already identified yourself by peculiar one subject

mails.As you may be aware Emails carry from title itself when

appearing in mail box.

3.. Perhaps your objective is to make aware lineage roots and its

expansion.

4. What educational value your postings carry is hardly talked

about.Why you do much labour time and again?

While writing about Dadheechi ,many well known things are not

touched.For example Maharshi Dadheech gave rasaayan vidya agaist the

wishes and promise to indra to Aswinee kumars with head of Horse

installed to make anger of Indra ineffective for crime of imparting

knowledge to aswinee kumars, against promise to Indra:entitling them

getting havan bhaag

for which they were debarred.
