Please Clarify Technical Doubt

When Mars and Moon are said to have Friendship then Why is Mars said

to be in Neech Sthaan or Debilitated in Kark or Cancer which is Moons

Place? Similarly why is Shukr or Venus is in Neech or Debilitation in

Kanya when Kanya is the Exaltation house of Mercury which again is a

Friend of Venus?

Thanx for the Clarification but Half of my Doubt still persists. The

Logic given for Mars' Debilitation in Cancer is more Digestable than

the Logic for Venus being in Debilitation in Kanya/Virgo. In the

second case we have to remember that Saturn, Venus and Mercury, all

three are friends.In that case why should Venus be in Debilitation in

its friends sign i.e. Kanya. That way every planet should be in its

Debilitation state in the 12th sign from itself.
