Guest guest
Dear Dev 1. If you have cast a Qn chart then check thaa when 3rd sub lord is the sig of the 11th cusp AND 11th cusp sub is also the sig of the 3rd cusp for affirmative answer. 2. Timing will be during the combined DBA of the 3/11 cusps.Valid for both birth and Qn charts Best wishes & regards Dilip --- dev mathur <dmathur108 wrote: > Dear learned members, > > Could you please tell me what cusps should i > consider in the timing the outcome of my new > citizenship application. Guest guest
Dear Dev, How about considering "settling ",thus taking the XIIth hous e ? If the s/l of the XIIth signifies II,IX or XII...it will show that you will settle abroad...find out when...tis should give you the answer... Then, take RPs and confirnm result...! This is my suggestion... Getting a permission,is judged by houses III,IX & XI,for immigration take the XII th also...is another way,I suppose... It should not negate. Only if XIth sub lord approves, one can go away from residence to a foreign country. If one cannot go to foreign country, how can one expect to settle there and seek citizenship? Guest guest
Dear Yogesh Rao , I am already settled in foreign so the question of settling,12 house matters may be less relevant in my humble opinion. What I'm looking to know is 'when the citizenship certificate will be awarded to me' so it looks more like a contract/legal document. Thanks Dev. Guest guest
Dear Dev, A Horary judgement for US green card is shown in " Further Lights on Nakshatra Chintamani " by Chandrakant R. Bhatt, pp 192-194. a/ Moon is referred to the query regarding 11 (success or fullfilment of desire). b/ Sbl of Asc (efforts of the querent) is checked to be the significator or connected with 11 (success), 9,12 (foreign land), and 1 (efforts). c/ Sbl of 11th cusp is studied to be the significator of 1,6 (success), connected with 8 & 11 (fulfilment after some disappointment). (3- correspondence is also found.) d/ Joint period of the significators of 1,6 & 11 is chosen. e/ Transit of Sun, Moon and DBA lords are also taken into account. Best regards, tw Best regards, tw , dev mathur <dmathur108> wrote: > Dear Yogesh Rao , > > I am already settled in foreign so the question of settling,12 house matters may be less relevant in my humble opinion. Guest guest
Dear Kanak ji, Let me add some information, firstly KP Astrologer N. Padu's experience to settle in foreign, a/ the first house to signify 3 or 9 or 12 mainly 9 house (foreign land is more impotant) because the lagna is the person moving away; b/ 3-9-12 to be connected to each other in any manner; c/ signification of 12th sublord 3 or 9 or 12 is only for foreign trip, etc. " Who will Settle in Foreign ? " , KP Year Book 2002, pp 39-41. Secondly, in respect of permanent stay in US, green card (premanent residence card) is generally as good as citizenship, except that the person with GC will be deported in guilty of some criminal charges, but not for citizen. Some staff of World Bank/IMF (UN agencies) are holding GC to be ready, if required, to apply citizenship after 5 yrs period of GC but mostly citizenship is not applied during the time still in service not to loose their benefits for home leave with the whole family. Thirdly, salinet points of example for green card in Further Light On Nakshtrachintamani has been posted in Msg #3578. Thanks and best regards, tw , " Kanak Bosmia " <kanbosastro@h...> wrote: >
