For anyone following the Michael Jackson trial

I have rectified his chart to 9:29:53pm Gary, IN

USA 41N35'36 " 087W20'47. Geocentric angles. Asc is

7 Aries 17' 37 Krishnamurti new ayanamsa.

 

Fortunately M.J. has a bunching of planets which helps in

determining approximate time from hemisphere emphasis.

 

I took that relationships were a large part of his life, and this

would give predominantly a Western emphasis to planets in his

chart. He has a bunching of Sun, Pluto,Mercury,Venus and Uranus,

and another a stellium of Rahu Jupiter and Neptune. Both these

bunchings are likely to be in relevant areas to his career as an

entertainer and/or his personal relationships, as these are the

major factors of his life.

 

The best fit appeared to be with the Sun to Uranus bunching being

in the 5th house of entertainment. ie Sun conjunct Pluto shows

'the power of attainment' (Ebertin) meaning success in

entertainment. 7th Lord Venus (relationships) is also in the

5th showing relationships with children. As Venus is in the

star of Mercury Lord of the 6th house of legal battles we see the

potential for problems here. particularly as the sub of Venus is

Mars, and Mars is in the Star of again 6th house Lord Sun, and in

its own sub Mars which rules the 8th of obstacles. Children are

going to be a problem.

 

Looking at the Rahu, Jupiter stellium this comes towards the end

of the 6th house and cusp of the 7th. If I had been asked

which two planets are likely to represent MJ I would have said

Jupiter and Neptune. The psychological correspondence is

'impressionability, a person easily seduced, dreaminess, a

conflict between the ideal visualized and the very different

reality, the inclination to revel or to idolize, a person who is

constantly misunderstood by others. (Ebertin) I think many

would agree that this is very indicative of MJ. I therefore

initially moved the Ascendant to mid point Jupiter and Neptune

ie. Asc = Jup/Nep. The Ebertin definition for this is 'The

inclination to live in an unreal world, sharing great hopes with

others, speculating. This gave 7 Aries 17' 37 " Ascendant.

 

After this I decided to check by KP Horary. For anyone wanting

to check this out the details are 9th March 05 09:00:39am

Brisbane Australia TZ -10:00 27S28 153E02. The amazing thing is

that I didn't need to check the Ruling Planets as the Asc is

almost exactly the same as I had determined by hemisphere

emphasis ie. The horary gave an Asc of 7Aries 00' 33 "

compared to 7 Aries 17'37 " . This gives a time of birth of

9:29:10pm only 43 secs less than the other approach.

 

For micro adjustment I looked at the midpoints of the Asc and

MC. MC = Pluto = Sun/Moon This shows 'critical phases in

life' separation from others' etc. These were active between

23 Sag 01 and 23 Sag 29 ie possible position of the MC.

Asc = Jup/Nep which is noted above. This is active between

7 Aries 08 and 7 Aries 37. Using a best fit method I finally

settled on 7 Aries 17'37 " for a time of 9:29:53pm.

 

This time seems to fit the events of his life. It is also in the

late evening as Michael Jackson has himself declared to a

colleague
