On July

20, 1986, this guy was running

After looking at the

dashas, the KP inter-related connections of star and sub lords, the transit and

SE charts, and the aspects of the major players to the natal and the SE charts,

I believe the only viable choice of the four choices below points to yet

another case of criminal activities - possibly involving crimes against

children.

I am short on time these

days and my family is visiting for 10 days, but if I get an opportunity, I will

try to elaborate with written details at a later date.

So I choose #3: Found

Regarding KPBC10

– I have a few minutes this morning while everyone is still sleeping J - So are a few of my random thoughts with respect to this chart

as to why I think it may be choice #3…I’m typing this rather

quickly, so hopefully I won’t make any serious errors –

On July 20, 1986, this guy was running a

Ra/Ve/Ju/Me/Ma

Natal Chart:

Mahadasha

lord Rahu is posited in Sun’s star, Rahu sub. (Sun is in the star of

Rahu). Rahu posited in the 5th acts as an agent for children. Rahu

conjoins 12th lord Moon (irrational mind/irrational mother) in the 5th

(involving children) and Pluto (power/sexual power) is quincunx Rahu from the

12th. The 12th is 8th from the 5th indicating

danger to children due to the aspects above – such as cruel acts, secret

sexual pleasures, etc. Rahu is a strong significator for the 6th house

(maraka 2nd for the 5th house of children) and suggestive

of mental agony, animosity, fierce activities, etc. and Rahu is also a

significator for the 5th house of children

Bhukti lord Venus

is posited in the 6th, in the star lord of 5th lord

Jupiter and sub of retrograde combust Mercury. Venus is conjoining the Sun and

Mercury (sub lord of Venus) in the 6th house of the enemy, and

squaring pratyantardasha lord of the 5th, Jupiter. Starlord of both

the Sun and Mercury is Rahu, while sublord of Mercury is Venus, connecting

bhukti lord Venus back to children on all counts. Venus lords 6th to

the 5th, making his Venus dasha a dangerous time for children.

Pratyantardasha

lord Jupiter (karaka for children) as covered above lords the 5th

and 8th, and is posited in the star and sub of Mars, who is a first

rate significator for the 6th (maraka 2nd for the 5th house

of children) representing danger to children.

Transit chart

for July 20,

1986:

On 7/20/1986 Rahu was transiting the 8th

house in the sign of Mars, square natal Rahu and 12th lord Moon in

the 5th house of children. Bhukti lord Venus is transiting her own

star in the sub of 12th lord moon applying square natal Mars and

opposing natal Sun. Transit 8th (pratyantardasha) lord Jupiter

conjoins natal bhukti lord Venus in his own star and sub of Sun – who is

transiting the star and sub of 6th lord Saturn – suggesting restrictions/confinement.

Transit Pluto conjoins natal Saturn (power limitations). This, to me, cannot be

suggestive of a positive event with so many powerful aspects involving

dusthanas. Transit Rahu is also applying square natal Rahu (starlord of Sun is

Rahu and transit Sun is opposing Rahu.) Both Sun and Moon are significators for

the 5th house of children.

SE Chart for

April 9,

1986:

The SE

ascendant is conjoining the 5th house cusp (focus on children) and

applying square natal Rahu and 12th lord Moon, and quincunx natal

Jupiter. SE Rahu is applying tight square natal 12th lord of

secrets, Moon. SE Jupiter is transiting the natal 6th conjoining

natal Sun (children now become the enemy to him in an open court?) SE Su/Mo are

transiting the natal 8th in the sub of natal MD lord Rahu –

who acts as agent for children. (Sex, secrets, and children?) Md and bhukti

lords, Ra/Ve respectively, are transiting the 8th, while SE

pratyantardasha lord Jupiter, as mentioned above, transits the natal 6th.

So in my (often twisted J) mind, all arrows point to sexual

perversion/violent acts towards children coming to light at this time, and

therefore choice number 3 appears to be the strongest contender for the event:

found guilty of a major crime.

The answer to KPBC10 was No 3 - Found Guilty of a

major crime.

This chart belongs to Gerald Amirault and the date of the event

relates to conviction in the Fells Acres child abuse case.

There is a lot of information on the Web about this case which is

well worth reading.

Congratulations to Sandy and Kanak who got it right. Sandy's

depiction of child abuse appears spot on. However, there is

gathering opinion that this was all a mistake - a case of false

memory, and GA has now been released on probation. Undoubtedly

the chart shows problems through children.

Regarding KPBC10 - I have a few minutes this morning while

everyone is still sleeping :-) - So are a few of my random

thoughts with respect to this chart as to why I think it may be

choice #3.I'm typing this rather quickly, so hopefully I won't

make any serious errors -

On July 20, 1986, this guy was running a Ra/Ve/Ju/Me/Ma

Natal Chart:

Mahadasha lord Rahu is posited in Sun's star, Rahu sub. (Sun is

in the star of Rahu). Rahu posited in the 5th acts as an agent

for children. Rahu conjoins 12th lord Moon (irrational

mind/irrational mother) in the 5th (involving children) and Pluto

(power/sexual power) is quincunx Rahu from the 12th. The 12th is

8th from the 5th indicating danger to children due to the aspects

above - such as cruel acts, secret sexual pleasures, etc. Rahu

is a strong significator for the 6th house (maraka 2nd for the

5th house of children) and suggestive of mental agony, animosity,

fierce activities, etc. and Rahu is also a significator for the

5th house of children

Bhukti lord Venus is posited in the 6th, in the star lord of 5th

lord Jupiter and sub of retrograde combust Mercury. Venus is

conjoining the Sun and Mercury (sub lord of Venus) in the 6th

house of the enemy, and squaring pratyantardasha lord of the 5th,

Jupiter. Starlord of both the Sun and Mercury is Rahu, while

sublord of Mercury is Venus, connecting bhukti lord Venus back to

children on all counts. Venus lords 6th to the 5th, making his

Venus dasha a dangerous time for children.

Pratyantardasha lord Jupiter (karaka for children) as covered

above lords the 5th and 8th, and is posited in the star and sub

of Mars, who is a first rate significator for the 6th (maraka 2nd

for the 5th house of children) representing danger to children.

Transit chart for July 20, 1986:

On 7/20/1986 Rahu was transiting the 8th house in the sign of

Mars, square natal Rahu and 12th lord Moon in the 5th house of

children. Bhukti lord Venus is transiting her own star in the sub

of 12th lord moon applying square natal Mars and opposing natal

Sun. Transit 8th (pratyantardasha) lord Jupiter conjoins natal

bhukti lord Venus in his own star and sub of Sun - who is

transiting the star and sub of 6th lord Saturn - suggesting

restrictions/confinement. Transit Pluto conjoins natal Saturn

(power limitations). This, to me, cannot be suggestive of a

positive event with so many powerful aspects involving dusthanas.

Transit Rahu is also applying square natal Rahu (starlord of Sun

is Rahu and transit Sun is opposing Rahu.) Both Sun and Moon are

significators for the 5th house of children.

SE Chart for April 9, 1986:

The SE ascendant is conjoining the 5th house cusp (focus on

children) and applying square natal Rahu and 12th lord Moon, and

quincunx natal Jupiter. SE Rahu is applying tight square natal

12th lord of secrets, Moon. SE Jupiter is transiting the natal

6th conjoining natal Sun (children now become the enemy to him in

an open court?) SE Su/Mo are transiting the natal 8th in the sub

of natal MD lord Rahu - who acts as agent for children. (Sex,

secrets, and children?) Md and bhukti lords, Ra/Ve respectively,

are transiting the 8th, while SE pratyantardasha lord Jupiter, as

mentioned above, transits the natal 6th. So in my (often twisted

:-)) mind, all arrows point to sexual perversion/violent acts

towards children coming to light at this time, and therefore

choice number 3 appears to be the strongest contender for the

event: found guilty of a major crime.

Fells Acres case chronology

Following is a chronology of key events in the 15-year Fells

Acres child abuse case against Gerald " Tooky " Amirault; his

sister Cheryl Amirault LeFave; and their mother, Violet Amirault:

Sept. 2, 1984: A mother calls an abuse hot line and reports

possible symptoms of sexual abuse in her 5-year-old son, who

attended the Fells Acres Day School in Malden.

Sept. 3, 1984: A Department of Social Services worker calls

Violet Amirault, who started the daycare center in the early

1960s, and informs her of the allegations.

Sept. 5, 1984: Gerald Amirault, Violet's son, is arrested and

charged with rape of a child.

Sept. 11, 1984: State closes the center.

Sept. 12, 1984: Parents of Fells Acres pupils are called to

Malden Police Department for interviews.

September-November 1984: Forty children tell their parents or

social workers they experienced some kind of abuse. The children

are then interviewed by psychologists and social workers.

Jan. 23, 1985: Grand jury indicts Gerald and Violet Amirault, as

well as Violet's daughter, Cheryl Amirault LeFave, on 18 counts

of abusing eight children. Two more children are added to

indictments by mid-1985.

July 20, 1986: Gerald Amirault is found guilty on all counts. He

is later sentenced to 30 to 40 years in prison.

June 13, 1987: Violet Amirault and Cheryl Amirault LeFave are

convicted on all counts. They are given 8 to 20-year jail

sentences.

March 30, 1995: Amiraults request new trial on constitutional

grounds.

Aug. 29, 1995: Violet Amirault and Cheryl Amirault LeFave freed

on bail pending a retrial after serving eight years.

March 24, 1997: Massachusetts' highest court, the Supreme

Judicial Court, reinstates child molestation convictions against

Violet Amirault and Cheryl Amirault LeFave, denies son's motion

for new trial.

May 9, 1997: Superior Court judge grants new trial for Violet

Amirault and her daughter, allowing them to remain free on bail.

The judge, defying the SJC, said the women's lawyers had failed

to represent them effectively at trial and on appeal.

Sept. 12, 1997: Violet Amirault dies of stomach cancer at the age

of 74.

June 12, 1998: Superior Court judge overturns the conviction of

Cheryl Amirault LeFave. The judge said new research showed

prosecutors' suggestive and leading interview techniques made it

impossible to tell if the children, by now teen-agers, were

telling the truth.

Aug. 18, 1999: The Supreme Judicial Court once again reinstates

the conviction, overturning the lower court's decision.

Sept. 28, 1999: The SJC rejects Cheryl Amirault LeFave's bid for

a new trial.

Oct. 21, 1999: Cheryl Amirault LeFave secures her freedom and the

emotional case against her draws to a close. LeFave's convictions

remain, but a superior court judge allowed the time she had

served on the eight- to 20-year sentence to stand after

prosecutors did not oppose LeFave's motion to reduce her

sentence.

Sept. 20, 2000: Gerald Amirault, after serving 14 years in

prison, asks the Massachusetts Advisory Board of Pardons that his

sentence be commuted. The Middlesex District Attorney's office,

which did not oppose freeing Cheryl Amirault LeFave, adamantly

opposes commuting Gerald Amirault's sentence.

July 6, 2001: Massachusetts Board of Pardons unanimously

recommends commuting the sentence of Gerald Amirault. Acting Gov.

Jane Swift and the Governor's Council must rule on the board's

recommendation.

Aug. 2, 2001: Victims in the Fells Acres child abuse hold news

conference to urge Swift case to keep Gerald Amirault in prison.

Feb. 19, 2002: Acting Gov. Jane Swift refuses to commute Gerald

Amirault's sentence. The decision means Amirault will remain in

jail.

Dear Ron, Kanak, and tw,

I'm not sure how Kanak

feels, but the only thing I felt quite sure of when working on this chart was

that " deception involving children " had to be a major part of his

life during this dasha sequence, as so many arrows pointed to negative

involvements and deceptions involving children - so the choice for me was made

easier on account of the 4 options. I then built the case from there - as I

astrologically saw it for the time frame.

What's interesting is that

this man has now been released on probation, so I think we need to look further

at his character traits and try and establish some astrological pattern -

pointing to either define his guilt or innocence with respect to his dealings

with children - and then be able to astrologically differentiate between

allegations of truth versus allegations of falsehood when involving criminality

or criminal charges.

This take certainly makes

this chart much more challenging to delineate...perhaps a good place to start

may be in looking at his profession/life's work - since it appears he was

working with children when this all happened. At any rate - this is a good

project for a rainy week-end day...Thanks for the chart...(now I have another

paper trail of questions and concerns to astrologically look into – my projects

keep mounting...:-))
