Dear All,

Any comment on houses for returning to home country from foreign

land? Please.

(1) 3,9 and 11 (Chamatkar Chintamani)

(2) 3,9 and 11 ((KP Reader V, p 207)

(3) 2,4 and 11 (K. Hariharan: Notable Persons & KP, p 47)

(4) 2,8 and 11 (8th,12th from 9th, ending of long travels)

(5) A rough review of 20 charts of some not so accurate TOBs

indicates that out of 63 dasa items the frequencies of houses are:

a/ 9th-- 30 (49%),

b/ 3rd-- 26 (41%),

c/ 11th-- 26 (41%),

d/ 2nd-- 26 (41%),

e/ 4th-- 23 (36%) &

f/ 8th-- 18 (29%),

where top three are consistent with first and second of 3,9 & 11

houses.

Best regards,

tw

Note:

(1) In some cases significaotrs are adjusted as per " ORB Theory "

which says a planet slightly (within 1 or 2 deg) behind the cusp of a

house, gains the significance of the following house as though it is

in the next house, and the effect is stronger if there is no other

planet in the following house. (K.P. & ASTROLOGY, Year Book, 2000, pp

82-83; 2003, p 45 & 2005 p 61 and Raichur & KPAstro SWs)

(2) Hindu conjunction and aspects are used for significators of

Rahu and Ketu. (In KP Reader I, p 113, Western aspects are encouraged

to use for accurate predictions and orbs are given in p 117. However

Hindu conjunction and aspects are common in example charts in KP

Reader III, IV, and V & VI.)

Dear tw853

Very good study. Keep it up> 9,and 11 have rational justification. 4 is one's

home. If a person is staying for a long time in one ccountry, it may be treated

as residence indicated by 4th, and then 3rd has relevance, as losing one's

residence. In fact we use these houses, of course with 12, for going abroad or

to a foren environment. Including house 2, or 8 does not seem justifiable.

good luck
