I know some astrologers use this method. There is a philosophical point involved here. When someone gives an astrologer a number, it is given in accordance with their karma at the time of question and is therefore relevant . Can a computer give a relevant number? Does a computer have a mind ? Is it connected to universal intelligence? Does a computer have any brains at all ? No It is just a calculating machine. I propose the following experiment. Do a series of rectifications over time using the ruling planets and at the same time generate a random number between 1-249. Put the random number aside and later compare to see if it has any relevance or is useful in any way. My guess is that it will be useful in about 50% of cases which is what probability would determine. I may be talking nonsense here but the experiments need to be done. My thought was that it would at least be necessary to clearly frame, and then 'think' the question as you press the button for the random number. Perhaps a start could be made on your suggestion (using the Gulbarga theory) on KPBC7. ie. take each of the names. First jot down the number filtered by your mind. Then press the button to generate a computer random number. Do both charts. Then do the assessments. Which one wins? a mind number or a computer number? After the result check both streams. Is the actual winner represented by either method? I will try it. Anyone else care to experiment? It should only take a few minutes. Ron Gaunt PS I have found a Random Number Generator. The Basic Command RAN shows the Number in the Seies. Usually the same series is repeated. To generate a random series the Series has to be "RANDOMISE " and a Number. In my programe I use the Seconds OF the TIME of the computor as the Randomizing figure. With this I get 60 series, and no two results are from the same series. This No is accepted if Less THAN 250 for SUB NO. Try it> Attached is "RNO.EXE" Just run it in DOS(COMMAND MODE) and get the SUB NO.
