DOB JAN 04TH 1966 TOB 01.30 HRS (LOCAL TIME) POB: 79.42 (E)/11.06(N) I am getting Libra as Asc once and Leo as Asc another time. Few incidents to this native's life. Got married Aug/Sep 1999 graduated may 1987 further education/certification 1996/1997 Could i request experts to help me to fix the Asc. by correcting the birth time. Please correct my data if it has any error. This chart looks very interesting as Saturn in its own house, Moon, Mars & Ketu exalted, Jup and Mercury parivarthana. After one arrives at such a birth-time,it should be tallied with important known events in life,like marriage,birth of children,joining Service,date of Promotion,Transfer etc... Note down the Moon star lord,in the given horoscope,whose exact TOB has to be determined...and then shift the TOB so as to get the Ascendant such that the sublord of the Ascendant is the same as the Moon-star-lord,and cast the Horoscope at that TOB...and then check by matching known dates of important events ....(This can be done on a computer in fairly quick time.)
