Guest guest
Dear Colleagues, Here is a case that you can try your hand on. A close relation is trying to purchase a property here. A brief background: In Scotland property is usually sold by means of a blind auction. The seller puts their house for sale and sets the minimum they expect. People then put in offers in a auction style. The seller then selects the person they wan to sell to, usually the highest bidder. An offer has been made on 14th August and a formal one is being submitted on 16th August. The horary number chosen was 5. Question: will my relative be succesful in buying this property? I have cast a horary chart and uploaded it in the files section of this group site. I have indicated the significators and RP's at the time I considered it as well as what I was starting to do. I have not put forward my conclusions as I did not wish to unduly influence anyone. You are welcome to discuss this case. results will normally be known within 2 weeks thus we can use this case and see how we can go about predicting property purchases usin horary. If we are right great if we get it incorrect we can do a postmortem and see what we should have done. Yash PS: Rajeevji I have been busy at work last week and have not been able to compile the cases yet. I will try and do so and send it directly to you soon. Guest guest
I had also posted this same question in another site and a chap called Ravi Kumar was using numerology along with astrology. Does anyone here combine techniques and to what degree of success? I have found a system for working up the lost property location and success in finding it, it's not mine in idea but one that i have adopted. I will write it up and upload it here this week. Good wishes to all. Yash , Punit Pandey <punitp@g...> wrote: > Yash ji, > > What is the relation between querent and person wanted to buy the > property? Guest guest
Dear Rajeevji, Sorry I have been a bit tied up with some work. I am trying to complete my thesis and trying to get the study guides and exams out for the next semester. Anyway I had done a quick chart on the sunday that I had posted it out on the site. The Ruling planets on the day I cast it were: Day- Sunday –sun Moon – Mercury/moon Lagna – Sinha leo – sun Merc= mercury; sat = saturn From chart cast for no 5 as seen in files section. I would consider houses 4 and 11 and also 7. Without going into details the significators for each house were: 4th – sat/sun/moon/merc/mars 11th – sat/mars merc/jup 7th i.e seller sat/mars/mercury/rahu/ketu/venus The period would have been mercury/Mars/Saturn/Rahu or Mercury/venus/mars/saturn or mercury/venus/mars/Rahu. However as sublord of 2nd and 11th is Rahu- this is more significant. Venus becomes a factor as it is signified by Ketu thus the period would have been merc/venus/saturn/rahu BUT BECAUSE MERCURY is retrograde as per RULES I would have to ignore mercury and thus the whole thing is negated as the maha dasa itself was mercury. Please correct me if I am wrong in my approach. Regards Yash , Rajeev K Khattar <lalkitab@v...> wrote: > Dear Yash Ji > many members have given their opinion on property matter. Guest guest
Dear Kanakji, An interesting scenario. May I ask why 3rd house? I believe 7th should also be considered as it represents a deal with seller( a sort of partnership) isn't it? Agreed 11th house. But then again 12th ( as Rajeevji considered) would also be useful as it is the house of expense, why 10th house? Please do not misunderstand me I am still learning and would like to know your reasoning for your selection of houses. Also this property issue will have to be resolved in a week or so as date of auction has tentaively been put as 3rd Sept 04. Thank you for your discussion and clarification on retro planets. Best wishes Yash PS: Please do not consider it amiss, and I am sure you are unaware but the net etiquette is that when upper case(capitals) are used it means you are shouting. , " kanbosastro " <kanbosastro@s...> wrote: > Dear Yashji, > > RP: DAY LORD :SUN > ASC: 142 Deg 11 Min LORDS : Sun,Ven,Sat > MOON 4 20 14 25 Moo Mer Ven > > RP ARE SUN,VEN,SAT,MOON,MER BUT SUN & MOON ARE IN > RETRO. Guest guest
Dear KP followers, Sorry to butt-in on this discussion...but I wish to inform all concerned,as follows : The IV th represents property,Mars is the karaka for land buildings... Hence,in my humble opinion, for selling a house, the sublord of the X th,should signify III,V & X,and Mars should also be connected with the X th. Houses III,V and X are to be judged for selling, and III & XII, for giving possession...! The purchaser is represented by the VII th cusp, and his aquisition of property is denoted by the X th,(fourth from the VII th). The V th house is also relevant,as V represents XI from VII. A party would purchase the property, only if,the sublord of the X th is a significator of III & X.The V th ( as XI from VII) becomes relevant here... Guest guest
Yogesh ji, First of all, welcome to the K P Astrology discussion forum and thanks for your inputs. Why you are taking 10th cusp instead of 4th cusp? If the querent is gong to purchase property, don't you think you should consider 4th cusp? Meanwhile it would be great if you can come up with your analysis based on the houses suggested by you. It will become good case study. Guest guest
Dear Yogeshji, Thank you for your input. It is an open discussion forum all opinions are welcome. Guest guest
Punitji, In any deal, there are two players, the buyer and the seller... It will therefore depend upon : a) The exact nature of the query, and, b) Who is the querant... as to which houses are to be taken up for analysis... Jyotish Marthand, the late Shri Kirishnamuthiji has given us the rules...it is for us to apply them with due care...! I would sincerely recommend you to read/buy "Astrosecrets and K.P.", available in three parts,(from Hariman Booksellers, for a simple and easy-to-understand the correct method of applying these simple rules... Guest guest
Yogesh ji, It is an example of reversal of perspective. But I believe, as the querent is a buyer, we should analyze it from buyer's perspective not from seller's perspective. What is your opinion? Guest guest
Dear Punit, The questions could be... 1) Will I buy/construct a house ? 2) Will my house be sold,if so when/when will my house be sold and will it be at a good price ? It will,as I said earlier, purely depend upon : a) What is the question ? and, b) Who is asking...the buyer or the seller...? I hope I have been able to clear your doubts... L.Y.Rao. Guest guest
Yogesh ji, Thanks for your reply. Do you think that calculations made by Yash ji, on the basis of your hypothesis, are correct? Because he concluded that the result is positive. Guest guest
Dear Punit, After having read the mail of Ice Man ,of the 27th August, I am sure you will have all your doubts about which houses are to be considered for "buying/selling of house/property/land etc...", the accuracy of K.P.,and that your doubts about which houses to take into consideration etc.,are all put to rest...now ? All credit to Jyotish Marthand, late K.S,Krishnamurthiji., for discovering/inventing such a wonderful system like K.P. Guest guest
Dear Punit, Of course,he has himself confirmed,if I've read his mail correctly, that he followed the rules of K.P. for house/property/estate etc., governed by the IV th house, and as suggested by me,and as per Krishnamurthi Padhdhati...and the results were there for all of us to see... I suggest you to please follow K.P., and not be influenced by the traditional astrologers' un-informed criticism of K.P....the proof of the pudding is in eating it...if one applies K.P. rules strictly, while using the K.P. system, he will surely get excellent results... I have come across many traditional method followers who try to mix-up K.P., principles with Traditional astrology principles, with the result that both don't work, hence giving rise to wrong results....If one follows the principles of K.P., very strictly, he will surely get amazing results. I once again recommend you to read the excellent book, "Astrosecrets and K.P.," for getting a quick grasp of easy-to-use K.P. 'secrets' to get the most accurate results... And...I am very confident that if you practise K.P., correctly, you will amaze your consultants as well as yourself, with the accuracy of the results you will achieve...! With best wishes,I am, Yours sincerely, L.Y.Rao. GOOD LUCK ! Punit Pandey <punitp wrote: Yogesh ji,Thanks for your reply. I AGREE WITH THE VIEWS OF MR RAO. PROPERTY MATTERS - PURCHASE OF LAND OR HOUSE - THE SUBLORD OF FOURTH HOUSE SHOULD BE STRONG SIGNIFICATOR OF 4, 11, 12 AND RELATED TO MARS, AND THE PERIOD OF DASHAS, MAHADASHA, ANTARDASHA, AND VIDASHA SHOULD BE RELATED TO 4, 11, 12, THEN ONLY THERE WILL BE PURCHASE OF LAND OR HOUSE, OR FLAT TOO. SALE OF LAND OR HOUSE, FLAT - THE SUBLORD OF TENTH HOUSE SHOULD BE STRONG SIGNIFICATOR OF 3, 5, 11. IF THERE IS ADDITION OF STRONG SIGNIFICATORS 2 AND 6 THERE WILL BE BENEFIT FROM SALE TRANSACTION, AND 8 AND 12 GIVES LOSSES. I HAD PREPARED ONE ARTICLE ON KRISHNA MURTHY FOUR STEP THEORY.
