Help on mangal dosa

Hi,

I was born in India and currently settled in the US. I have a big

legal case going on for no fault of mine. Someone said that currently

I have mangal dasa. I go to the temple every Tue and do Shiv puja.

Any suggestions? Also some people said that things will improve from

Sep 1st week onwards. Is there a change in planets?
