As to timing of your Marriage it is possible between March 2005 to Feb 2006, when you run Saturn antardasha. An example of your situation happened with one of my clients before her consultation with me. Her 7th house was in Scorpio, and also her 12th house in Aries as she had Taurus ascendant, and Mars was located in 9th house in Capricorn. She consulted a lot of different astrologers because marry was delayed, and they all told her that her spouse would be out of caste. She didn't like this as her family was very conservative, but she dated men of different casts and religion, thinking this was what her destiny meant. Not so. She married in summer of 2003 a man from same cast and religion as herself,and she had known him for 7 years as a friend, but he was residing abroad for the last 3 years and only came back to her country of residence because she accepted his marriage proposal, and now is residing in her country of residence permanently. Mars in 9th house promised her a religious spouse, which is what she has. But as your Mars in located in 12th house, you should for one marry a manglik as yourself, secondly your prospective spouse will be foreign born.
