Dear Mr. Amit,

Hope that you are fine.

Mr. Amit, first of all I respect your concern and knowledge about the astrology and medicine too.I do not deny the application of medicines in the treatment of depression.

I am too having moon widly aspected by sat by 10 aspect. My wife's moon is closly conjuct with sat . Both of us have got the attack of depression and have consulted physicians for the treatment.My wife and I both undergone the homeopathy treatment too and got relief.

Here with due respect I would like to put froth my own observation that it is not only the 7th aspect but any connection of moon with the sat, weakness of mercury and weakness of lagna and 4th house show that person is prone to depression. Association of ketu also plays an important role as ketu is a planet of detoriation, depression is also a detoriating disorder.

Weakness of merc. and weakness of lagna/lagna lord show that person has lower capacity to stand against the presssures of life and if moon is also weak then condition is more detoriated.

If lagna is strong, sat is also a benefic along with moon then person will come out this problem after some time otherwise he may fall as a victim of dysthenia ( chronic depression ) and turn melonchic.

Mr. Amit I will suggest you not to give advise regarding any medicine in the forum as medicines have their own side-effects profile and senstivity differs from person to person.We better stick to the objective of the forum that is astrology..... only astrology.

I am hopeful that you will take my words in the positive spirits.
