THINGS:

AS IT IS THE CRIMINAL PROCEEDING THEN COURT MAY PUT HIM UNDER THE

CHARGE THAT HE HAS WASTED THE TIME OF THE COURT AND HE SHOULD BE

FINED, AS IT IS THE GOVT WHO IS SPENDING MONEY FOR HIS CASE AS HE HAS

SHOWN HIMSELF POOR AND UNABLE TO FIGHT THE CASE.

AS IT IS THE CASE OF ELOPING OF HIS MINOR DAUGHTER WITH THIS BOY THEN

FOR OFF COURT COMPORMISE HE HAS TO PROMISE THE COURT THAT HE HAS

DECIDED TO MARRY HIS DAUGHTER TO THE BOY NEXT YEAR WHEN SHE WILL BE

18 YEARS CONSIDERING THE FUTURE OF HER DAUGHTER.

 

HE IS AFRAID THAT ONCE HE WILL MARRY HIS DAUGHTER, THE LIFE OF HER

WILL NOT BE SAFE WITH THIS BOY.
