Dear Ashwin,

1)In my humble opinions even 3 minutes behind would

be considered as the planet in 4th only.

You will also have to check the daily motion of

the Venus on that date to ascertain the real position.

Apart from that, suppose we have doubt and wish to

confirm this position, then You may also check

the Ruling Planets at the moment.

If Venus is there in the RPs, then treat

the Planet Venus in Libra sign for the effects,

if Mercury is there in the Ruling Planets, then

treat Virgo as the Lord of the house where

Venus is placed ie.the 4th Cusp.

2)Planet placed in 10th would be considered as

strong significator for 10th. Here again the RP's

would help you in confirming the same if you

have any doubt.

The Wise ones may advise you better here,

above was my way of checking.

regards,

Bhaskar.

dear ashwin rawal in my 4 step theory i consider venus as strong significator of 5th house and it gives results of 5 th house in chain of DBA -Sunil Gondhalekarashwinrawal <ashwinrawal wrote: Dear Bhaskerji, Kanakji, Omkarji and all other learned KP experts,I have got some doubts while deciding significators and you all are well aquainted with daily KP practice, kindly throw some lights on my query. 1.Suppose 5th house or Bhava starts at Libra 17th degree and 35

Dear Ashwin,

It has been clarified,on a number of occasions at this site,by the veteran K.P. astrologer,Mr.A.R.Raichur that "if any planet is within 3 degrees in applying conjunction to a cusp,it should be considered as a significator of that cusp/sign...

Dear Mr ashwin rawal In the case quoted, the Venus will strongly signify the 5th house(as it is within 3 deg 20 min) ofthe cusp, and also the 4th house where it is mathamatically situated. This finding is from the experience of Self, and Sunil Gondhalekar. If more than one planet signifies 10th house, then strongest will be the planet, whose sub-lord is one of the other significators of the same 10th house. hope this helps ashwinrawal <ashwinrawal wrote: Dear Bhaskerji, Kanakji, Omkarji and all other learned KP experts,I have got some doubts while deciding significators and you all are well aquainted with daily KP practice, kindly throw some lights on my query. 1.Suppose 5th house or Bhava starts at Libra 17th degree and 35 Kala or say 6-17*-35' and any planet say Venus is at 6-17*-32' while erecting the chart, what we should do? whether the Venus should be treated as in the 4th house because it is 3' behind or is to be considered at 5th house because it is on the exact cusp and only repeat only 3' behind the cusp point which is negligible. 2. As per Cuspal Rule Sign Lords one has to stick Sign degrees only because of the signification of the StrL, SbL, Sb's StrL related too. Other General rule of lord ship should be eliminated But Karaka must be considered.

Dear Adith,

The following are correct.

"So Jupiter is not the Lord of 9th Cusp."

"In one of the software on KP system I have noticed this that a planet is signifying its house(Adhipathyam) despite if the cusp does not fall in that ! I hope this is not correct as per KP rules! "

inclusion of JUPITER as 9th lord is inevitable .Mathematically speaking ur right .but for common sense and as RASI lord he will act upon 9th house.u can verify it practically.--- On Sun, 28/12/08, gkadithkasinath <gkadithkasinath wrote:

Dear Professor,

What are the combinations that may force(or voluntarily) a person into

prostitution? I guess, the relationship between 3rd lord (initiative), 5th lord

(mental inclination) and 12th lord (sex)? But this could also be for strong and

active sex life. If there is an influence of 11th lord (income), will that make

a difference? Or, are there any other combinations?

Thanks, DB

Hello dear DB,

Weak determinants of profession with severe influence of Rahu and Rahu like

planets can cause this.

Best wishes.
