Hello Gary,

One can pray to Ishta Devata or receite mantras for the Ishta Devata.

The Sun and Jupiter when functional benefic and weak should be strengthened for

spiritual advancement.

The mooltrikona sign lord of the ninth house, if weak, also needs strengthening

for this purpose.

Best wishes.

Dear :

Could one listen to recorded chants sung by others for the Ishta Devata as a

form of prayer and would it matter what day of the week is chosen to honor the

Ishta Devata?

Many thanks for your consideration and knowledge.

Best Wishes,

Mew
