problems in promotion for Aquarius rising this week

Dear Professor

 

For week up to 22th March, compared to previous weeks, I could not understand

what changed, so promotion could be problematic in the following week, since Ke

still aflicts 2th and 10th house in the same way as previous weeks, and no

others changed malefic infuluences on these houses ?
