I was actually confused while reading a case study in the book of Prof. Choudhry " Impact of Ascending Signs " for same taurus ascendant. (Male, 15th Nov., 1931, 18:23 hrs, Asc. 14:22) In this case study, it is mentioned that " The close conjunction of functional malefic planets Mars and Venus is not creating mutual affliction as both the planets are strong " . However with your valuable inputs, I got the clarity about differences in both cases. Thanks again.
