For this jatak, Ketu is the 7th cuspal sublord and has 2nd and 7th connection with Ketu only by Saturns's drishti.This is also not a good drishti being thta of Saturn thr delaing planet.Saturn and Moon are in the 7th leading to Punarphoo., though not in conjunction. Sun may be signified by Moon in the 7th, but has many house significators but only one joint significator in Mars signifying 11th. Delay is perhaps due to the positions of Sat, Mar & Sun in the natal chart. And so Sun dasa may not give marriage even though it is a primary significator of 2,5 & 7. However, an avoidable event in this regard is expected during Sun Dasa, Ven Bhukti (primary sig of 2,5,7),Moo Anthra (primary sig of 11,7), especially 27-6-2007 to 14-7-2007 while trasit Jupiter is in Scorpio before transit Sat leaving Cancer. It is interesting whether it will fail like in Sun/Moo dasa (28-7-2002 to 28-1-2003) or will be successful. Another favorable time is supposed to be Moo/Rah. I think you've something interesting to say about this chart. However signification of 11 is provided by Rahu and Mars. interestingly both aspect Ketu,Rahu is normal and Mars by 4th aspect. Mars although in 12th is very close to 1st house and does not provide support.Hence in rahu anthara between Aug /october 07 the marriage will take place.Sun signifies 2,5 7 houses From general prediction, as per me Jup and Sat must simultaneously aspect Lagna or 7th from Lagna and also Moon lagna /7th from moon.The present transit does not favour marriage. After Saturn moves into Leo towards July end.Saturn will conjunct natal Moon and Jup will aspect 7th from lagna (karka). The marriage should take place before Jup moves into Sagittarius( Nov 07). Sun 8th dasa lord also favours marriage.Venus is a karaka for marriage is in 2nd. Since 3rd is involved it will be thro negotiations.,5th indicates love, 8th and 12 th passion. My assessment is the partners know each other and the process is a formality.The lady in question is strong willed and has problems with parents.
