Question regarding MEP and transit influences

Dear shri. V. K.Choudhry

I have a question regarding the transit influences.

Lets for example take Pisces ascendant with MEP 15 degree

1) Normally incidents happen due to transits. Does bad things get

triggered if a bad planet is situtated in a house or does bad things

happen if the Malefic planets afflict the MEP of the house or be in

close vicinity of the other planets in that house?

To be precise - Does sun/venus/saturn/Rahu and Ketu have to be with +

or - 15(here for example is taken as 15 degree) degrees to cause a bad

happening for that house or does these planets can be in any degree

and when it comes to close to other planets can cause bad things)

Thanks

Biju

Question regarding MEP and transit influences

Dear shri. V. K.Choudhry

I have a question regarding the transit influences.

Lets for example take Pisces ascendant with MEP 15 degree

1) Normally incidents happen due to transits.

RIGHT. ALSO HAPPEN IN SUB PERIODS.

Does bad things get

triggered if a bad planet is situtated in a house or does bad things

happen if the Malefic planets afflict the MEP of the house or be in

close vicinity of the other planets in that house?

BOTH.

To be precise - Does sun/venus/saturn/Rahu and Ketu have to be with +

or - 15(here for example is taken as 15 degree) degrees to cause a bad

happening for that house or does these planets can be in any degree

and when it comes to close to other planets can cause bad things)

BOTH. IF A fm IS ON MEP OR IF A FM IS PLACED ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE AND

PROLONGED TRANSIT AFFLICTS THIS MEP.

Thanks

Biju

Respected Shri V.K.Choudhry,

thanks again for helping us to learn better about SA. You have

mentioned that transits and sub-period lords could lead to incidents.

there are 2types of incident -one is mild and one is tragic

happenings

Does mild incidents happen due to transits and tragic happenings

happen when sub-periods also take part.

For a Sagitarrius ascendant(as per the example in yournetastrologer),

elder brother dies in the sub period of Venus. Even though Venus is

not a malefic for the ascendant. Does the Mahadasa/subperiod has to

be malefic for a tragic happening to occur? or just a transit with a

sub-period lord is enough to cause the tragic happening?

Thanks

Biju

Hello Biju,

Both, a prolonged transit influence or the sub period can cause a tragic event

if the planet afflicted is very weak and badly placed.

Best wishes.

Dear Prof,

For purposes of clarity, can you state clearly if a house and its

significations will be influenced in any particular manner when there is

prolonged transit (stationary) influence on the said house but away from the MEP

and not touching/influencing any planet(s) in the said house in question?

Thank you,

Francis de Cruz
