Simultaneous Benefic and Malefic Influence

Dear Professor and list,

 

In the attached chart,

 

Mar 22,1980

Time: 4:40AM Zone: 5:30 DST: 0

Longitude: 78E46 Latitude: 10N50

 

If we focus on the 7th house, this indicates that benefic Ju is located

on the MEP of the 7th house. At the same time, the Ra-Ke axis is about 3

degrees away from the MEP. The 7th lord Sun is strong and well placed in the

second house. Venus is weak but well placed and the other secondary

significators don't exhibit any weakness.

 

Trying to reason out the simultaneous impact of Rahu and Jupiter on the

7th house, what I could make out is that the native will have a happy

married life. However, since he was running the dasa of Ra till Aug 2008, it

prevented marriage. The current period of Ju/Ju will be very helpful in

getting him married.

 

Is this a correct way of looking at simultaneous malefic and benefic

influences and reasoning out the impact?

Hello dear Rama,

 

Rahu was influencing Mars the earlier sub period lord. The close influence of

Rahu and Ketu on the seventh house, MEP delays the marriage to some extent. The

presenence of Moon, a FM planet, in the fourth house also causes obstructions

for marriage. The sub period of Jupiter holds a good promise as its influence on

the seventh house is exact.

Could you please elaborate on the effect of the presence of Moon in the 4th

house? Since it was out of the 5 degree orb, I was not considering it all.

Hello dear Rama,

 

Wherever the FMs are placed, the significations of the house get disturbed due

to transit influences even if the placement of the FM is out of the orb of five

degree from the MEP.
