Guest guest
Respected Professor: I shall be grateful for your advice on the following: When a malefic planet and a benefic planet aspect closely, the former of course has a malefic influence on the latter. Does the benefic planet, at the same time, has benefic influence on the malefic planet? For example, at present Mercury (malefic for Aries ascendent) is almost conjunct with Jupitor and Saturn. Does Mercury gain strength from Jupitor and Saturn in this case? Thanks and regards Mohan
Guest guest
Hello Mohan, I add my replies to your questions in your message appended below. Best wishes. - mohank23 Monday, October 13, 2008 6:01 AM Do benefic planets have positive influence on malefic planets? Respected Professor: I shall be grateful for your advice on the following: When a malefic planet and a benefic planet aspect closely, the former of course has a malefic influence on the latter. RIGHT. Does the benefic planet, at the same time, has benefic influence on the malefic planet? TO SOME EXTENT, YES. For example, at present Mercury (malefic for Aries ascendent) is almost conjunct with Jupitor and Saturn. Does Mercury gain strength from Jupitor and Saturn in this case? I THINK U ARE TALKING ABOUT SOME PARTICULAR CASE. IT IS MARGINALLY BENEFICIAL FOR MERCURY. Thanks and regards Mohan
Guest guest
Dear Mohan, dear Professor has already answered but explaining a bit further, In Case the Benefic is conjunct the Malefic the resource of the benefic to positively influence the malefic is greatly reduced since due to this conjunction the benefic is rendered weak. But in case where a benefic aspects a malefic which is not mutual - it does impact the malefic more positively as per its strength - All comes back to the basic tenet of SA, the ability to impact depends on the strength of the planet in question and offcourse its functional nature. Guest guest
Respected Professor: Many thanks. I have perused your weekly predictions with great interest as always. I find interpreting your predictions a very effective method for learning SA. I wonder why, in case of Aries ascendent, you have not given importance in your predictions, to the conjunction of Mercury with Jupitor and Saturn. Is it because Mercury is relatively fast moving? For the current week its motion is slower than usual. Best regards Mohan , " SIHA " <vkchoudhry wrote: > > > Hello Mohan, > > > I add my replies to your questions in your message appended below. > > Best wishes. > > > > > > - > mohank23 > > Monday, October 13, 2008 6:01 AM > Do benefic planets have positive influence on malefic planets? > > > Respected Professor: > > I shall be grateful for your advice on the following: > > When a malefic planet and a benefic planet aspect closely, the > former of course has a malefic influence on the latter. > RIGHT. > Does the benefic planet, at the same time, has benefic influence > on the malefic planet? > TO SOME EXTENT, YES. > For example, at present Mercury (malefic for Aries ascendent) is almost > conjunct with Jupitor and Saturn. > > Does Mercury gain strength from Jupitor and Saturn in this case? > I THINK U ARE TALKING ABOUT SOME PARTICULAR CASE.
