Dear Jorge,

 

Nice to see you post.

 

Thank you for the proposal to change the 'location' of the SAMVA USA chart to

Philadelphia, arguably the capitol of the new union. Keeping to the 20 degree

ascendant, we only see a slight change in the placement of the Moon, from 7:24

to 7:20 and some days in the dasa/bukhti sequence. I have earlier thought about

this but hadn't made up my mind on it.

 

If John TWB can confirm the capitol status and agrees with

the location, we can make the change permanent in the chart. Even then, I prefer

we still call the chart the same name as until now.
