In case of Libra ascendant , an exalted Venus( " otherwise strong " ) placed in 6th house loses strength by 50% but does it also gain any strength by being in sign of exaltation? Also what does it indicate about health of the individual in general in this particular case if other planets Sun & Mars are Ok? I guess in this case Venus can be considered strong except for the purposes of health & it will land a person in conflicts in relationships. There is no clarity about the Asdt and MEP based on Obama's birth data. But we know his DOB and hence absolute planetary positions like Jupiter is debilitated for sure, Saturn in Capricorn etc. Also we know the current transits, Hillary's natal chart and the fact he defeated her this year. Based on this data, which are the Asdt(s) possible to have enabled him achieve this? I remember you ruled out Capricorn. It seems like TR Jup and TR Saturn strength has really helped. Could it be Libra or Aries?
