Dear Professor,

Mars takes about 45 days to transit one sign. Can we predict some

significant event based on the transit of Mars?

Usually Mars remains in contact of a natal FB/FM/MEP for 15 days

taking a 5 deg orb. If the chart contains a strong well placed FB Mars

, can we predict a positive significant event based on transit of Mars

, if transit Mars is also strong?

If not then how do the results of a strong natal Mars get

precipitated? Is it only in its sub-periods?

Also Mars will be in Cancer( its sign of debilitation) from Oct 2009 -

May 2010 - close to 8 months. Can we predict some significant event

then because of its slow movement close to MEP of houses?

Thanks & Regards,

Himanshu

YES, WE CAN.

IN SPs WHEN THE TRANSIT MARS IS WELL PLACED OR STRONG, IT GIVES GOOD RESULTS.

Also Mars will be in Cancer( its sign of debilitation) from Oct 2009 -

May 2010 - close to 8 months. Can we predict some significant event

CERTAINLY, YES.

Thanks & Regards,

Dear Group,

I was just looking at this old thread. It is worse than we thought. From

Oct 16th, 2009 until November 2nd, 2009 we will have four debilitated

plaents: Jupiter, Mars, Venus and Sun. On October 19th and 20th, we will

have five debiliated plaents as Moon also enter its sign of debilitation

for 2 days.

Oh, just great!

And for whatever its worth, it seems as though we will not have five

debilitated planets again until November 14th, 2012: Sun, Venus, Ketu,

Rahu and Moon.
